Moods can change based off of colors and intensity. Sunlight and White light is the best source for treating depression and enhancing moods, as light tiggers the release of serotonin. 

Exercise Performance

Laser  therapy is a new topic of discussion for improving muscle function. When phototherapy (lasers and LEDs) is applied before exercise, it improves muscular performance and recovery.
